Acabamos de lanzar una potente actualización para vuestra experiencia de chatbot IA en Shopify:

Ahora podéis integrar la ventana de chat directamente en cualquier página — no solo como un botón flotante.

Esto abre nuevas posibilidades: ¿queréis vuestro chatbot directamente en vuestra página de inicio, FAQ o una página de destino personalizada? Sin problema. Todo se gestiona a través del Editor de Temas de Shopify, y solo toma un par de pasos.

Cómo configurar el chat integrado

💡 Si vuestra página ya tiene una plantilla personalizada, saltad al paso 2.

Paso 1 – Abrir el Editor de Temas de Shopify

Navegad a vuestro tema activo y haced clic en "Personalizar".

Paso 2 – Crear una nueva plantilla de página (opcional)

Cread una nueva plantilla para páginas, por ejemplo page.chat o page.with-chat.

Paso 3 – Añadir la sección "Chat integrado" a la plantilla

En el editor, haced clic en "Añadir sección" y seleccionad Chat integrado de las secciones de aplicaciones.

Paso 4 – Aplicar la plantilla a la página

Id a vuestro admin de Shopify → Páginas, seleccionad la página donde debe aparecer el chat y asignad la plantilla recién creada.

¡Y eso es todo! La ventana de chat aparecerá ahora de forma fluida como parte del diseño de la página.

Esto os da más control sobre la posición, el contexto y la visibilidad del chatbot — ya sea que estéis construyendo un quiz de producto, una página de soporte o un imán de leads.

Bonus: El chat sigue soportando todas las funciones inteligentes como recomendaciones de productos, acciones del carrito y detección de idioma — ahora en modo integrado.
