How to find your API Key in Preview

  1. Open the chat preview inside the Flyweight app.
    There are multiple buttons available to open the chat preview.

    Example on the main page:

  2. Click on “Preview”.
    You will be redirected to the chat preview page.

  3. Look for apiKey= in the URL.
    The part after apiKey= is your individual API key.

    Example:

    https://chat.flyweight.io/preview?apiKey=eb625ea7-9c9c-132b-839t-d21a53809ti5

Example usage of the API Key

If you want to embed the chat in full size on your Support page, you’ll need to include your API key in the embed code.
