    • What happens if my shop exceeds the product limit?

      You can still evaluate the app, but the chat won't be visible to customers on your store. Upgrade to a higher plan with a suitable product limit to start embedding the chatbot for your customers.

    • Can I downgrade my plan, if I have significantly fewer visitors than expected?

      Yes, downgrades are possible. Simply choose a smaller plan and select it.

    • Can I change plans at any time?

      Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan within our Shopify app whenever you want.

    • Can I cancel anytime?

      Yes. All subscriptions can be cancelled by a single click in our Shopify app.

    • What are the payment options?

      All fees are charged directly to your Shopify bill. No third-party billing configuration required.

    • Usage

    • What is a visitor?

      A visitor is a unique person who comes to your Shopify store. Visitor Impressions are tracked by device and browser, and each person is counted once per 24 hours. If the same user returns within 24 hours, no additional visitor is counted.

    • What happens if the included visitors are exceeded?

      You'll be charged automatically for additional visitors up to your set capped amount. Once this capped amount has been reached, the chat button is no longer shown on your store and further store changes are not taken into account.

    • I want to upgrade my plan, when will my usage be reset?

      Your usage period will be reset immediately after the upgrade. If you exceeded the limits and upgrade, your assistant will be instantly available again.
