  • What makes your AI different from others?

    Our AI is the product - included from the start, not a costly add-on tier. An AI Agent powers every request and grounds its answers in your store's Knowledge Graph for higher accuracy, and it's GDPR & AI-Act compliant.

  • What is the AI Agent?

    The AI Agent is the backbone of your chat. For every customer message it decides the best route - answer from your Knowledge Graph, take an action like order tracking or a cancellation, or escalate the conversation to you.

  • What do I actually get on the Free plan?

    The full feature set, not a stripped-down demo. Every channel, every automation, the Knowledge Graph and the analytics are all unlocked, and you get 300 AI Interactions to spend whenever you like - they're for the lifetime of your store, not a 14-day countdown. Two things wait for a paid plan: the nightly data refresh, and the last appearance details (custom footer and CSS).

  • How do I pick the right tier?

    Go by your annual revenue: up to $250K is AI Core, up to $1M is AI Pro, above $1M is AI Leader. We keep this on the honour system rather than auditing anyone, because it's what lets us keep the entry price low for smaller merchants. Pick the band you actually sit in and you're helping every other store on the platform.

  • Why does my AI need all products loaded before it goes live?

    Your AI answers from a Knowledge Graph built from your whole catalog, so it only goes live once all your products are loaded - it needs the full picture to answer reliably. If your catalog is larger than your plan covers, add product capacity ($5 per +1,000 products, up to +90k).

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

    Yes. Pick a different plan and select it; your usage period resets immediately after the change.

  • Do you offer custom development?

  • Why do some reviews mention visitors, traffic, or paying for sales? Do I need to worry about unexpected costs?

    Those reviews refer to our old pricing model, which billed based on website visitors plus a commission on every sale made after a chat. We've dropped that completely: today every plan is billed purely on AI Interactions, includes unlimited visitors, and takes no commission on anything the AI sells. • • Usage

  • What is an AI Interaction?

    An AI Interaction is counted whenever our AI generates a response for a customer - in chat, on Instagram, and across the channels you connect. You only pay for AI involvement.

  • Are human chats and takeovers counted?

    No. All human interactions - live chats and takeovers - are completely free. You pay only for AI Interactions, never for the human side.

  • Do all plans really include every channel?

    Yes. Chat, AI Search, Instagram and the channels still rolling out (WhatsApp, Messenger, Ticketing) are part of every plan, Free included. We don't put channels behind a higher tier - what scales with the plan is how many AI Interactions you get, not where your AI is allowed to work.

  • What happens if I exceed my included AI Interactions?

    Additional AI Interactions are billed automatically at your plan's per-unit rate, up to the monthly capped amount set by Shopify. Once the cap is reached, no further AI Interactions are billed until the next billing period. On Free there's no overage at all: once the 300 interactions are used, the AI pauses until you pick a plan.

  • Does the Free plan keep my store data up to date?

    Not automatically. We load your products, pages, articles and policies once when you install, which is what the 300 interactions are there to test against. The nightly refresh that picks up new products and price changes on its own starts with AI Core.

  • What is a visitor?

    A visitor is a unique person who visits your store, counted once per device and browser. It no longer affects your bill: every plan includes unlimited visitors, so a traffic spike or an ad campaign costs you nothing extra on its own.

  • I want to upgrade my plan, when will my usage be reset?

    Your usage period is reset immediately after the upgrade. If you exceeded your limits and upgrade, your assistant is instantly available again.
