I installed, set up, and tested the application with hundreds of questions, including tricky ones, and I find the app really great! You don't need to train the app; it connects automatically to your store and collects all the information. I'm happy with it, and on top of that, the subscription plans are fair, allowing a new store like mine to test it without a high cost and to gradually grow for just 1 dollar per month subscription. I think it's a smart approach.

I love how this AI list my products based on the test question I asked it in the trial. The layout is nice, too. I look forward to the sales this AI will get for mew in 2025 and the new year 2026!!!!!

Useful AI Chatbot

It's a great AI chat bot, does everything well, and is very smart. It understands context better than other AI bots I have tested and gives smarter answers to customers. But my only gripe is the subscription model. I don't think the impressions subscription model is a good one, it makes no sense to me. I calculated, and based on our impressions count at around (2.5K to 3.5K a day), even the $99 package is not going to cover it. We are going to be paying $200+ just to run this bot on our site. If it were a subscription model based on how many conversations a person initiates with a bot, that would have been much better for us. I would encourage the devs to change their subscription model.

Looking forward to try this app

Have been looking for a bot that really engages. Have tried multiple and always find some limitations. Just discovered Flyweight and had a 45 minute meet/chat with Mathias. Showed me the full potential which is beyond expectations. You can really narrow down so the AI can concentrate on specific areas and appear when necessary. The pricing model is so good too. Plus they are still working on lots of new functionalities with Shopify Integration which are going to put them as a leader in Chatbots. Definitely recommend!

We're using this app on conquestauto.com. This app is insanely good. This app answers some technical. questions, That even I don't know the answer to offhand. This app does everything, answers all customer questions, helps with tracking and returns. Our call volume has dropped by about 90%, as this app does most of the work for us. We have so much more free time now that we're not constantly answering phone calls of things that are handled by this app. This is a true five star app and support is fantastic. The only con I could find with this app is that they charge a commission on our plan which takes 1.5% of the sale price. In my opinion, it should just be a flat rate for the monthly with no commission. Other than that, though great app.

An incredibly effective app that is both simple to use and remarkably smart straight from the get-go. Unlike other AI chat apps that I've tested it pretty much provides the perfect answer 100% of the time. Tweaking custom answers is super easy and never fails. I'm loving it so far!

WOW , WOW, WOW, Zoveel aps geprobeerd en de meeste zijn toch echt teleurstellend als je ze goed test klanten krijgen echt vaak verkeerde producten geadviseerd en info die niet relevant is. Deze app is geweldig je hoeft hem niet te trainen werkt out of the box al geweldig goed. Ben zeer te spreken. Ook de landinstellingen kan je per taal goed instellen. Ben onder de indruk en tevreden. App is wel prijzig als je zoals ons gemiddelde order bedragen hebt van tussen de 300 en 600 eurioper bestelling dus misschien word dat in de toekomst nog wel een heikel punt. maar voor nu dik tevreden

So far so good. This app literally crawled every page in my store and was able to answer complex questions. I also like that you can train the bot to have a personality that fits your brand. Great work!

This is a wonderful app! I still have some tweaks to make to get everything dialed in just the way we want it, but am impressed so far

Heel snel antwoord op vragen via mail, zelfs op zaterdag max 1 uur laten hadden we reeds antwoord. Dit is echt wel leuk. Daarnaast hebben ze ook een heel goed systeem die geen data deelt met derde partijen of de chats van jouw website gebruikt om het aanleren van andere chatbots

Die Einrichtung geht sehr schnell und die Wissensdatenbank des Chatbot füllt sich auch in kurzer Zeit. Je besser die Texte und Informationen auf der Website sind, um so besser werden diese von Bot kommuniziert. Durch die individuell erstellbaren Frage-Antwort-Texte, kann man manches Thema noch besser vom Chatbot beschreiben lassen. Ich bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden und ich hoffe, dass es unsere Kunden auch sein werden :-)

Ich habe tagelang mit Superchat verbracht, um alle relevanten Informationen für den KI-Chatbot richtig gut zur Verfügung zu stellen! Das Ergebnis war ernüchternd, denn die Antworten waren jedes mal anders und nicht zu 100 % so formuliert, wie in der Wissensdatenbank mühsam hinterlegt! Hier ist das völlig anders und weitaus besser, als es andere Anbieter können. Nach nur 2 Stunden habe ich einen funktionierenden Kundenservice-Chatbot, der sogar noch 24/7 unsere Produkte mit Link und Foto-Link anbietet. Im Test hat der Chatbot alle Fragen und Anfragen korrekt beantwortet - ich bin absolut zufrieden. Seems to work well, after some days of tryout. However the number of impressions will clearly exceed the starter pack after some days, although not many chats were generated. Therefore additional money must be spent in order to cover a whole months impressions. Starter Plan for 1$ monthly will only work for very small shop with very low traffic.

Easy Setup und direkt gut eingerichtet! Die KI antwortet super auf Kundenanfragen und ist dabei fachlich sehr gut (hängt natürlich von der Webseite ab). Der Support ist Hammer, antwortet in wenigen Stunden und immer fachlich kompetent. Sollte öfters geben.

Sehr leicht zu installieren, weil alles automatisch funktioniert. Leichtes Setup, hat gar nicht lange gedauert und macht einen durchdachten Eindruck. Ich bin mal gespannt wie die APP gleich aktiv funktioniert, der erste Test war jedenfalls sehr zufriedenstellend.

Like that the answers it gives is taken from the website. Would be greater, however, if there was also the option to be able to transfer to a live person. I'll try using this is addition to a live chat app, but I fear it will slow things down, so we will see how it goes.

The key reason I chose this application was that it is the only company I could trust, as it is fully compliant with GDPR & the AI Act. Additionally, after implementing this app, I found it very easy to operate, with a simple and intuitive management interface. This is definitely a great advantage. What impressed me the most was their excellent support system. Even for inquiries beyond their usual scope of work, they responded promptly and sincerely. I highly recommend this app!

Toller Chatbot, unsere Kunden freut es. Der Setup und die Einbindung in Shopify ist sehr einfach, bei uns hat es nach dem installieren ungefähr 2 Stunden gedauert bis wir den Chatbot testen konnten. Schon bei den ersten Testfragen hat man gemerkt wie fundiert die Antworten sind, wir haben den Chatbot daraufhin in Shopify live geschaltet und es bis heute nicht bereut.

I am giving 5 stars just for the set up, its literally one click!!! After a 2 hour wait for the data to load and the chatbot to be ready, we were thrilled to see how gorgeous the default design is and how spot on the answers are. We made a few minor tweaks to the rules and are testing it now, so far its been outstanding!!

I’m super impressed by this AI chatbot! It acts as our 24/7 concierge for selling jewelry, offering the most natural conversations I’ve ever experienced from an AI. Setting it up was easy, just one click, with many design options to seamlessly integrate it with our Shopify store. I have to give a shout-out to the Flyweight support team too - I had some extra design requests, and they were fulfilled within 24 hours. Can totally recommend it!
