A customer writes something related to order status, e.g., "has the package been shipped yet?". The AI recognizes: Here it makes sense to query the order status & displays the form:
When the customer enters the data correctly, the current order data is read and presented in a processed format in the chat. The input of the order number is flexible with/without prefix/suffix - for example, entering 1001 leads to the same result as with prefix: #1001.

Already using our AI chatbot? Then it's just three simple clicks:
- Open the Flyweight Assistant App in your Shopify account.
- Accept the new access permissions. We still do not read personal and order data, but need the permissions to send a targeted request with the ZIP code and order number to the Shopify API.

- Finally, activate order tracking in the app under Routings.
- Save and done ✅
Important: Order tracking only works for orders that are not older than 60 days.
