I'm really happy with the Flyweight Chatbot app! It has made a big difference in how we talk to our customers. The AI is very smart and helpful. An incredibly effective app that is both simple to use and remarkably smart straight from the get-go. Unlike other AI chat apps that I've tested it pretty much provides the perfect answer 100% of the time. Tweaking custom answers is super easy and never fails. I'm loving it so far!
So far so good. This app literally crawled every page in my store and was able to answer complex questions. I also like that you can train the bot to have a personality that fits your brand. Great work!
